During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenience of food delivery right to my room. It was a relief not having to go out and brave the busy city during the holiday season. the hotel had a prime location in the heart of the city, making it easy to access key attractions and places of interest. Lastly, the room amenities were impressive and added to my overall enjoyment.

the elevators were inoperable which made it challenging to access the upper floors.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

There were some major issues during our stay which were concerning. On the first day, the elevator was out of order and we had to climb up a considerable amount of stairs which felt insecure.

The location of this hotel is convenient for those who want to avoid going out, as the food can be delivered to the room. the room has a decent view and it's spacious enough. Bathroom is clean and has the necessary amenities.

the presence of flies in the room was quite disturbing.
